- Timber frame tie fitments. For fixing masonry to timber frame buildings
INSTALLATION/FITTING
- 250 ties per box complete with stainless steel ring shank nail
- Complies with strength requirements for a DD140 (type 6 tie)
- To suit a 50mm cavity
- Ties are 0.5mm thick stainless steel
- Tie nails are 50mm x 3.35
- Ties should be installed at a density of 4.4 ties per square metre
- Ties to be hammered in using nail
- The nail should be fixed through the ply into timber studding.
